Our Story, How We Got Bitchin’ and It’s Too Late to Change

Fabric Dyeing is an Ancient Art. It’s likely that the first time someone got a berry stain on their clothes that an AHA moment occurred and Fabric Dye was created. Forward an unknowable number of millennia to the 60’s. Bright colors, inspired by, a subculture of “experimentation” and revolution with a side order of a need to express individuality and creativity and modern Tie-Dye was born! For years it sort of hung around in factory mass produced “prints” of spirals and patterns, but it sort of faded out.

Thankfully some things never dye, they get better and more artistic.

A more refined, and artistic version using modern, high quality dyes, and natural fibers of 100% cotton, linen, rayon, and hemp. We use only the highest quality, heavy weight fabric blanks, for a soft and comfortable garment. Our color-fast, non-toxic dyes are the very best available. Vibrant colors professionally applied and set for long-lasting, durable color that won’t fade out. With proper care these garments will look beautiful for years, maybe even for the next generation of hippies!
